Welcome to my cooking channel (food channel)! In this video I'm going to show you how to make easy delicious recipe of Mung Bean Pancakes. It's one of the very delicious and popular Korean Food, and very easy to make so you've got to try! Korean Mung Bean Pancakes Recipe Ingredients 14 oz. dried mung beans 1/4 cup sweet rice 2 cups lean pork(such as pork loin), cut into bite size 1 Tablespoon mirin 1 Tablespoon sesame oil 1 Tablespoon soy sauce 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2 cups chopped kimchi 2 green onions, chopped 2 red chili, chopped (optional) Salt and pepper for seasoning Frying oil For Dipping Sauce 1 Tablespoon soy sauce 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar 1/2 Tablespoon water Pinch of gochugaru (Korean red flakes), optional Pinch of sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon Chopped green onion Directions In a large mixing bowl, add dried mung beans, sweet rice and enough cold water to cover (at least 1 inch) and soak for at least 5 hours to over night. In a small mixing bowl, combine pork and next 4 ingredients; set aside. Drain soaked mung bean mixture, put into a blender; add 1/2 water.
